Penang, Oct 21, 2011 —- Ledzworld Technology, an innovative R&D and manufacturing company of high-end LED retro-fit lamps for professional users, launches its new LED retrofit GU10 , a fully dimmable 7W LED lamp. The lamp has an impressive light output of 400 lumen in warm white (3000K).
Ledzworld is the first company to launch a fully dimmable retrofit LED halogen replacement lamp that integrates the Cree MT-G technology with sophisticated Ledzworld driver-technology. The small form- factor of a standard size GU10 connector requires a miniaturization of the driver and strict EMC standards have to be met. Ledzworld’s dimmable GU10 is the first fully certified dimmable LED replacement lamp in its class. The lamp comes in both 110V and 230V AC
Especially in Europe, the huge install-base of GU10 fixtures creates an enormous possibility for Ledzworld’s large ODM customers.
Samples are available in December and production volumes are available with standard lead-times from January 2012 onwards. During the Hong Kong Lighting Exhibition (October 27-30) the lamps will be demonstrated at the Ledzworld booth (5C-B07)

Penang, October 20, 2011 —- Ledzworld Technology, an innovative R&D and manufacturing company of high-end LED retro-fit lamps for professional users, launches the world’s first LED lamp with Solid State Cooling System™ (SSCS).
Thanks to built-in solid state cooling technology, this 14W lamp is able to dissipate double the heat that a standard sized Par16 can usually handle. During the Hong Kong Lighting Fair (27-30 Oct 2011) Ledzworld will demonstrate the technology in its Par16 featuring a whopping output of 800 Lumen (3000 CCT) and a system efficacy of >70 Lumen per Watt.
The operating temperature of this lamp is much lower than Ledzworld’s 8W Par16 despite the absence of an aluminium heatsink. This enables Ledzworld to manufacture reliable LED retrofit lamps with an ultra-high lumen output. In Q1 2012 Ledzworld will announce its 2600 Lumen Par38 lamps making use of the same Solid State Cooling technology.
Says Ken Chakravarti, CTO of Ledzworld; There are no moving parts inside so these lamps are not cooled by an active fan. The Solid State Cooling System™ (SSCS) is an elegant solution that actively removes as much as 30 watts of heat from LED lamps. The Solid State Cooling technology eliminates the need for bulky heat sinks, noisy fans and the need for exotic materials or new fixtures and outlets enabling Ledzworld to build LED retrofit lamps that fit in the existing residential and commercial lighting infrastructure and can be mounted in any direction.
With the Solid State Cooling System integrated into our lamps, a system level reliability of greater than 25,000 hours of operation is achieved.
Our new technology enables us to build extremely reliable products and to optimize the utilization of the light-sources. The lamps become more efficient and it allows us to look beyond existing production processes as we do no longer need cast aluminium heat sinks. As a matter of fact we do no longer need a heat-sink at all.
When we are scaling up this will drive the cost down significantly and that prepares Ledzworld for an even brighter future. The revolutionary technology will be demonstrated at Ledzworld’s booth at the Hong Kong Lighting fair. The biggest challenge for manufacturers of retrofit LED lamps is the compatibility with thousands of existing combinations of dimmers and transformers.
The Chameleon driver of Ledzworld is a technological break-through. Its arrival will change the industry standard.
The Chameleon driver adjusts itself to its environment.
The Chameleon driver first detects the transformer type, analyses its wave-form and then adjusts itself to make a perfect electrical fit with that particular transformer.
Chameleon drivers make Ledzworld retrofit lamps truly “plug and play” devices that can be used in most of the possible combinations of the commonly used drivers and dimmers.
Chameleon drivers will create lamps that are hassle free and true halogen replacements.

Ledzworld’s proprietary CTA technology has found its way into the heart of our most popular lamp – the PAR16 CTA. This new PAR16 CTA lamp incorporates Ledzworld’s award-winning CTA® dimming-technology that was developed and launched in 2009. These new dimming possibilities offer users greater choice of creating the ambience they desire, something that previously could only be achieved with traditional lighting.

Singapore, July 28, 2011 —- Ledzworld Technology, an innovative R&D and manufacturing company of high-end LED retro-fit lamps for professional users has signed an exclusive agreement with Singapore based Ecogreen LED Solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ecogreen LED Solutions will exclusively distribute a complete ODM- range of state of the art retrofit LED lamps to the Singapore market under the brand “Ecogreen”.
Ecogreen LED Solutions is a high-tech green illumination and innovative enterprise which specializes in developing and manufacturing LED functional lights with production plants and R&D setups in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and China. It is a member of Technolite Group which has been successfully manufacturing and distributing professional lighting products in Singapore for more than two decades. The group has vast experience with large government projects and strong distribution channels. It will remain focused on the growing market for LED lamps.
Singapore is becoming an increasingly interesting market for premium LED lamps. Singapore government has committed to reduce carbon emissions growth by 16% from Year 2020. It has started to replace all the fluorescent lightings in the public housing to LED lightings. Incentives are given to private property owners who invest in energy savings installations.

Penang, June 17, 2011 —- Ledzworld Technology, an innovative R&D and manufacturing company of high-end LED retro-fit lamps for professional users has signed an exclusive agreement with the Seoul based Chunil group.
Under the terms of the agreement Chunil, formerly known as “Cheon Il”, will exclusively distribute a complete ODM- range of state of the art retrofit LED lamps to the Korean market.
Chunil has been successfully manufacturing and distributing professional lighting products in Korea for over three decades. The group has vast experience with large government projects and will remain focused on the growing project market for LED lamps.
South Korea is becoming an increasingly interesting market for premium LED lamps now the government has recently announced its intention to have 30% of all incandescent lamps replaced by LED before 2013 and 70% before 2020 in all government buildings.
Mr Park, founder and CEO of Chunil is excited by the enormous opportunities he sees with the full range of premium retrofit lamps that Ledzworld has developed. “The superior product-performance, reliability – and outstanding product-design is what the Korean market has been waiting for”
The lamps are outperforming the majority of all LED lamps that are currently available in Korea.
